September brings Fall colors to Jackson and the popular Fall Arts Festival. The festival, which spans nearly 2 weeks, offers a multitude of classes and opportunities to meet artists and view their work. There are a number of special events and art shows.
September has become increasingly busy over the years, one should anticipate fairly decent sized crowds still touring the National Parks and the surrounding ecosystem. The weather tends to mild with crisp nights.
